Architect: House of Design Architects 

Situated in a radial street in South London, affectionately known as the Circus, this house has been in the client’s family for multiple generations. The Grade II listed property spread over four floors, will showcase the evolution of the Sims Hilditch aesthetic, pushing the design concept and twisting what’s expected of the formal rooms. Contrasting colours, with more bold and daring prints will adorn the walls and furnishings, reupholstering existing pieces and weaving new life with fresh fabrics. To make the much-loved home more practical for modern family life, our team will be working with House of Design Architects to open up the kitchen and breakfast room, as well as repurposing the bathroom on the lower ground floor as a boot room.

The project is due to be completed in Winter 2024.
