  • Junior Marketing Assistant

    As a Junior Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibility is to execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the marketing team. You will assist in the creation and delivery of integrated marketing projects, social media campaigns, events and PR.

    You need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to write clearly and concisely.

    Responsibilities:

    Proactively research and identify PR opportunities in line with marketing strategy

    Assist in creating new content and submitting collateral to press contacts

    Respond to press enquiries with relevant content and imagery

    Monitor social media channels and regularly update content to encourage user engagement

    Review social media trends, analyse interior related profiles and engage with users / followers

    Record key marketing data including PR articles and social media followers on Marketing Roadmap

    Assist Marketing Manager with photoshoots and external company events

    Regularly update company websites with press articles, new projects and blog content

    Assist Studio Coordinator with answering the telephone, opening the post, sending brochure requests and client lunches

    Essential Skills:

    • Ability to develop and build strong relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box
    • Confident in using digital platforms particularly email marketing and content management systems
    • Strong understanding of social media channels specifically Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram and Twitter
    • Passionate and driven individual who works well within a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

    Desirable Skills:

    • Good understanding of Adobe systems including Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
    • Awareness of Google Analytics
    • Previous marketing experience in a similar setting or a strong understanding of the interior design industry
    • Marketing qualification

  • Project Coordinator

    As a Project Coordinator, your role will be to successfully deliver sophisticated interior design projects from concept to implementation through efficient project management, procurement, client liaison and supplier management.

    We are looking for an organised Project Administrator with an eye for detail, possibly with a background in merchandising. An interest in design is advantageous, however not essential. Plenty of initiative as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.


    Responsibilities:

    Create and manage project budgets in line with client’s expectations

    Coordinate procurement from quotation through to invoice stage and maintain good relationships with suppliers and contacts throughout the UK and Europe

    Create design schedules and specifications in conjunction with the design team

    Create and manage delivery schedules and installations

    Presenting to clients in conjunction with the design team

    Improve and develop systems

    Coordinate and carry out internal office administration

    Essential Skills:

    • Excellent project management and business administration skills
    • Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
    • Nimble in responding to changing deliverables in a fast paced environment

    Desirable Skills:

    • Proficient in SAGE Line 50
    • Experience of project management in the interior design or homewares industries
