    A high end renowned interior design studio known for their exceptional projects are seeking a Project Manager.

    They are looking for an organised and efficient Project Manager with an eye for detail. Plenty of initiative as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role. An interest in design is an advantage however not essential.

    KEY PURPOSE:

    To successfully deliver sophisticated interior design projects from concept to implementation through efficient project management, procurement, client liaison and supplier management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and manage multiple project budgets in line with client’s expectations
    • Coordinate procurement from quotation through to invoice stage and maintain good relationships with suppliers and contacts throughout the UK and Europe
    • Create design schedules and specifications in conjunction with the design team
    • Create and manage delivery schedules and installations
    • Presenting to clients in conjunction with the design team
    • Improve and develop systems
    • Deliver regular analysis to review current performance whilst also determining strategy for improvements

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    • Excellent project management and business administration skills
    • Highly proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
    • Nimble in responding to changing deliverables in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in SAGE Line 50
    • Experience of project management in the interior design or homewares industries

    To provide assistance to the wider project management team and Head of Operations.

    A high end renowned studio known for their exceptional projects are seeking a CAD Technician.

    From country homes and town houses to apartments in exclusive areas of London and the UK our studio has a wealth of experience that spans a diverse range of projects.

With offices on the outskirts of Bath and a diverse range of talent in-house, this is a great opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects and be part of a dynamic team.

    THE ROLE:

    We are looking for a CAD technician with luxury residential experience. Working principally on technical drawing packages, this role will cover all elements of interior architecture from drawing up floor plans, elevations and reflected ceiling plans to interior details such as bespoke joinery, custom furniture and architectural features. These will be developed ready to be issued to an architect or contractor for tender. 

    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

    You will be an Interior Architect or CAD Technician with minimum 2-3 years of experience working on luxury residential interior projects. To be considered for this role, you must be technically savvy with excellent CAD skills and be able to produce full sets of detailed drawing packages. You will also be able demonstrate you can work in all project stages and collaborate with different members of the team to achieve the desired result. You will be a self-motivated, articulate and enthusiastic team player.
