Sims Hilditch are passionate about creating homes that enhance the quality of our clients' lives

We believe that good design can make people happy. Design is not just about making somewhere look pretty – it is a thoughtful and intelligent process that considers interior architecture, lighting design, colour schemes, function and flow from room to room.

We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, intelligently designed spaces perfectly tailored to your requirements.

For us, interior design is about collaborating with our clients. We listen carefully to what you say, distil that information and then use our expertise to deliver elegant interiors that feel lived in and homely as if they have evolved over time. Our interiors are timeless and designed for longevity, underpinned by investment pieces that last for generations.

Creative Founder Emma Sims-Hilditch formally launched Sims Hilditch in 2009, using the skills she honed through her previous career in film production for Ridley Scott. Emma has built an expert team of interior designers, interior architects and procurement managers led by Design Director Louise Wicksteed.

The Sims Hilditch headquarters is located in the heart of the countryside, just 5 miles from Bath. In 2018, the team completed the design of a secondary base - a townhouse located in Parsons Green, London which provides a central meeting place in the city.

“We believe true luxury is about quality of life, embracing the beauty of everyday living and allowing inspiration to flow from our surroundings.”

Emma Sims-Hilditch,
Creative Founder

“Our top priority is to ensure the house feels lived in and homely. Even if we are starting from scratch with no personal possessions, we look to ensure the house feels like it has evolved over time.”

Design Director

The Team

Understanding the vision for your home is incredibly important to our team so, at the start of the process, we will work with you to consider the key foundations with which the design will be developed. This includes the location and setting of the property, understanding the architectural language and history of the exterior, and lastly, taking time to really consider your brief and budget.
