The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025
We’re incredibly proud to be named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.
This recognition reflects what we value most: a positive, collaborative culture where talented people can thrive. From design and delivery to development and wellbeing, our studio is shaped by the passion and commitment of our team.
Based on anonymous feedback from employees across the UK, The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey, powered by WorkL, celebrates businesses that lead the way in staff engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing. Sims Hilditch is one of just a few interior design studios to have been included — a distinction that reflects our people-first approach and our commitment to nurturing creative, purposeful careers.
“This is an incredibly proud moment for Sims Hilditch. Fostering a collaborative, engaging and creatively stimulating environment is at the heart of our studio, and today’s recognition by The Sunday Times is a reflection of the wonderful culture we’ve built together as a team.”

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work is a nationwide workplace survey delivered in partnership with WorkL. It uses a 26-question framework developed by behavioural scientists, data experts and business leaders to assess six key drivers of engagement: reward and recognition, empowerment, wellbeing, pride, job satisfaction and information sharing.
To be recognised in this way — and by our own team — is an honour.
“I am so proud to be a part of the one-of-a-kind team we have here at Sims Hilditch. Each of our incredibly talented and inspiring employees has a real sense of purpose and agency. We are nothing without our team.”
Claire Eastwood, Head of People & Culture
