Marketing Executive

Sims Hilditch is looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in driving brand presence and client engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional looking to step up and play a key role within a dynamic, fast-paced luxury interiors studio.

What we're looking for

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaign Delivery

  • Support planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
  • Write and edit engaging, brand-appropriate copy for blogs, email newsletters, press releases, and more.
  • Coordinate and contribute to photoshoots, filming, and content production.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and collateral aligned with brand identity.

Digital & Social Media

  • Support with managing the social media calendar and scheduling content across all relevant platforms.
  • Proactively manage all community engagement across social media platforms.
  • Regularly update website content (CMS), blog posts, PR placements, and project portfolio pages.
  • Track digital performance using relevant tools and prepare reports on social and web analytics.

PR, Events & Partnerships

  • Liaise with our external PR agency to maximise coverage and manage ongoing press activity.
  • Support the coordination of marketing and business events, brand partnerships, and client-facing activations.
  • Represent Sims Hilditch at relevant industry events when needed.

Marketing & Business Development Operations

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of planned activity and communication to relevant departments and third parties.
  • Management of the CRM system: track and input client enquiries, update contacts, and manage communications.
  • Handle inbound new business queries, briefing the wider team and supporting pipeline management.
  • Assist in budgeting and managing reporting for new business and marketing by gathering data and producing regular performance reports.
  • General administrative support for both new business and marketing

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements

  • This role requires at least three days a week in our studio. We are based in the Cotswolds, north of Bath, so a driving license and personal transport are essential.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in interiors, luxury, or design-led industries.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone and audience.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), Canva, or similar.
  • Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Data-literate, confident producing reports and interpreting insights.
