Head of Marketing (12-month FTC)
We are on the lookout for a passionate Head of Marketing (12-month FTC) to own the full marketing mix at Sims Hilditch.As the interim Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function across all channels and customer touchpoints, with particular focus on growing our B2B, commercial and hospitality business lines in 2026.
You will form impactful, data-driven creative campaigns and oversee social media, performance marketing, PR, content creation, and events.
You will partner closely with the New Business function, working in unison to drive our business development process & champion a best-in-class approach to imaginative problem solving through data analysis.
You will be a brand ambassador, actively involved in promoting our brand to likeminded audiences and partners.

What we're looking for
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for :
- All marketing activity, with the support of the marketing and sales executive, with particular focus on:
1) The development and execution of our B2B and commercial marketing strategy including LinkedIn, B2B brand campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
2) Management of photoshoots, content, and campaigns for 2026 and beyond.
3) The roll out of our sustainability strategy and communications
- Managing our agency partners and their output: PR, Digital, Web, Social
- Mentoring team members
- Forging brand partnerships and overseeing growth strategies
- Creating high-quality 360 campaigns
- Generating monthly marketing performance reports, analysing data, and identifying new target audiences
- Working together with our designers to effectively communicate creative prowess
- Championing change and remain nimble to react to critical commercial requirements
- Staying one step ahead of market movements
Experience & Qualifications
You should be:
