London Design Week 2026

We were delighted to return to the Design Centre at Chelsea Harbour for London Design Week - an annual highlight that brings together the industry’s leading voices, makers and design enthusiasts. This year, we were honoured to take part in two design talks, each exploring themes central to the Sims Hilditch ethos: enduring design, collaboration, craftsmanship and conscious creativity.

The Art of Timeless Interior Design

Emma Sims-Hilditch & Hatta Byng

In partnership with Create Academy, Emma joined House & Garden’s Hatta Byng to discuss the foundations of classic British style. Drawing on her 30-year career, Emma shared insights into her process, from respecting architectural heritage to the essential details that ensure a home remains beautiful for decades.

Conscious Creativity: Designing With Responsibility

James Flett & Industry Leaders

Associate Director James Flett joined a panel hosted by Design Anthology UK to explore the future of ethical design. Alongside leaders from Porta Romana, Turnstyle Designs, and Jennifer Manners, the group discussed the importance of B Corp and FSC certifications. James highlighted our studio’s commitment to transparent sourcing and environmental stewardship as part of our own B Corp journey.
