Emma Sims-Hilditch Shortlisted for Spear's Award

We are delighted that our Founder and Creative Director, Emma Sims-Hilditch, has been shortlisted in the Woman of the Year category at the 2026 Spear’s Awards.

The award recognises female leaders who have helped shape their business or wider industry, with judging criteria centred on leadership, integrity, excellence and demonstrable impact.

Since founding Sims Hilditch in 2009, Emma has built a highly regarded British interior design studio. Her vision continues to shape our growth and creative direction, while her contribution to the industry extends beyond our projects through her Create Academy course, participation in industry panels and ongoing support for emerging design talent. This is underpinned by a commitment to responsible business, reflected in our B Corp certification and considered approach to sustainability.

The 2026 Spear’s Awards ceremony takes place on 3 November at Raffles London at The OWO.
