Emma Sims-Hilditch Joins WOW!talks 2026
A year on from designing The Courtyard Room at WOW!house 2025, our founder Emma Sims-Hilditch returned to Design Centre Chelsea Harbour to take part in Grow Your Business: Designing Your Story, a WOW!talks panel hosted by Homes & Gardens.
Attended by over 70 guests and moderated by Sarah Spiteri, Global Brand Director and Group Editor-in-Chief of Homes & Gardens, the discussion brought together WOW!house alumni Emma Sims-Hilditch, Paolo Moschino, Philip Vergeylen and Rupert Cunningham to explore how design studios can build distinctive brands, communicate their craft and develop authentic narratives that resonate with clients.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience leading Sims Hilditch, Emma shared insights into the importance of designing with authenticity, cultivating long-term client relationships and building a business rooted in craftsmanship, longevity and a distinctly British design sensibility. At the heart of this approach is a belief that thoughtful design can invite clients into the life they have always wanted.
Returning to WOW!house was a fitting moment to reflect on the studio's continued relationship with Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, following the success of The Courtyard Room in 2025. Designed as a celebration of practical country living, the space demonstrated how functional 'back-of-house' rooms can become some of the most beautiful and hardworking areas of a home - an ethos that continues to define the Sims Hilditch approach.
