Alisha graduated with First Class Honours in Interior Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University before joining Sims Hilditch in 2023. During her studies, she gained valuable experience at Louise Misell Interiors, a residential design studio, and with a Bath-based commercial practice. In her role, Alisha supports the design team in preparing detailed presentations, drawings, and installation documents, as well as managing sample procurement, supplier communications, and the studio’s material library.

Christina graduated with a degree in Interior Design & Decoration from Southampton Solent University before gaining over a decade of experience in kitchen design, high-end residential, and property development projects. With a background rooted in technical design, she works across both interior architecture and decoration. Christina takes particular pleasure in shaping the internal structure of a space before layering it with texture, tone, and detail, creating timeless interiors that reflect the individuality of each client.

Founder Emma Sims-Hilditch grew up surrounded by art, architecture, and design. In 2009, she established Sims Hilditch, an interior design practice uniting interior architecture, design, and project management under one roof. The studio has since become synonymous with an English living aesthetic, drawing inspiration from the British countryside and reinterpreted with a contemporary, fresh perspective.

She is passionate about natural materials, textures, colour, and architectural details, blending old and new elements to craft elegant, timeless interiors with harmonious flow.

Her strengths lie in project management and delivery, and she takes great satisfaction in ensuring each client’s expectations are consistently exceeded.

With a history background, Miranda specialises in period properties and restoring historic details. Passionate about blending traditional and contemporary styles, she creates timeless interiors, drawing on her strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, materials, and bespoke joinery.

With strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and a keen eye for colour and finish, Nora efficiently liaises with suppliers on availability, pricing, and lead times, supporting the design team to deliver projects on schedule.

She particularly enjoys creating balanced schemes that harmonise contemporary pieces with traditional styles, and takes pleasure in producing detailed renderings that leave a memorable impression.

Romi believes well-designed spaces enhance quality of life, balancing fresh, innovative ideas with timeless appeal. A keen traveller, she draws ongoing inspiration from new places to inform her creative approach.
