The Bath Priory

The Bath Priory, which dates back to 1835, is renowned for its quintessentially English heritage and warm elegant charm. Set within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking Georgian Bath, this country house hotel beckons visitors from afar with graceful tranquillity.   We were thrilled to be appointed with the task of transforming the interior design of eleven bedrooms. As the hotel is privately owned we worked closely with the owners to include collections of carefully selected artwork, fabrics, furniture and soft furnishings. We paired beautiful fabrics such as linens, velvets and wool with colourful upholstery and headboards to strike a balance between a calming aesthetic and contemporary design. Each room was treated to a fresh identity with the overall scheme remaining sensitive to the building’s impressive history. The result is an up-to-date interior that is timeless in its appeal.
