Regent's Park Townhouse

Located in one of London’s leafy central areas, this elegant townhouse was completely transformed by reconfiguring the spatial arrangement.

Our client longed for a beautiful kitchen and entertaining area but didn’t have the space. With a bit of clever design, a fourth floor was added by digging out a basement level – the perfect place for an open-plan kitchen-dining area. Light floods in through the large glass doors, which are fully retractable to make the most of the outdoor space.

The remaining floors were also reconfigured to include a large, dual-aspect drawing room, secluded office space and bedrooms. Fitted joinery was tailored to meet our client's each and every requirement while the contemporary colour scheme of heather and silver creates an oasis of calm for busy city living.
